I am grateful and humbled to serve as the President of the South Carolina Alliance of Black School Educators (SCABSE). I am equally elated to be a member of SCABSE. I am committed to continue my strive to promote quality education for students of South Carolina.
Welcome to the 2023 SCABSE Winter Conference. This conference has been thoroughly planned to provide all participants a wealth of information to develop initiatives and resolve issues in the field of education. The goal of the conference is for participants to leave with inspiration and empowerment to support all educational positions in our state.
“Reimagining Education: Focusing on Innovation, Equity, and Social Emotional Learning” is this year’s theme. The planning committee has scheduled powerful keynote speakers and engaging presenters for the concurrent sessions that will provide an array of opportunities for professional learning and networking.
