This session addresses how using culturally responsive action planning can promote learning
and student agency. Participants in this session will unpack how identity, voice and choice are
tied to intrinsic engagement. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how to develop
and implement an action plan to support marginalized students, with an emphasis on student
identity and voice.
